As an instructional designer and learning experience designer, I want people to gain the knowledge and information to grow professionally or change behavior in order to succeed. My strength is my ability to learn new things and processes, conceptualize possible solutions, and launch projects. Throughout my years working in the corporate, non-profit, and education sectors, I've developed various skills and acquired knowledge that allow me to develop strategic learning solutions that help organizations and people grow.
